How we deliver it
Whether the focus is budgeting, cooking, digital literacy, employment exploration, or self-advocacy, we break goals into practical steps. Progress is tracked in partnership with case managers and families when the individual wants them involved.
What this includes
Funding & eligibility
Many individuals access this service through Kansas Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers. We work directly with Managed Care Organization (MCO) care coordinators and case managers to align authorizations, Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals, and documentation requirements. Not sure if you qualify? Submit a referral and we will help route the conversation. No clinical details required in the first message.
